This image, really is lovely. I wish I had taken this myself. The pose fits so well, the eyes are really nice and colorful, the hair and the bokeh are nice, and so is the slightly sepia toned color scheme. I really like the image that you have achieved here and the interesting framing that you captured including the arm.

I think that, the problem here is with the facial expression. The image gives off a feeling as if nor you nor the model knew what emotion you wanted to portray by this image. I was thinking maybe she looked "thoughtful", but that's not working. I think that you should work more on achieving a specific effect, because at the moment the image is lacking that impact. Maybe a slight smile, would have added to the image? Try experimenting a little more with your models.

Also some of the blacks (shadows) in the image, seem very deep and pitch black. Maybe try filling them with a tiny bit of light, when you edit the photo.
